I got to thinking about why gang stalking is so prevalent today.   

But before I begin - let's go back to the beginning of it all - back to 9/11 and the terrorist attacks on our country and the world trade center.  20 years ago this year.   As we all know - This occurrence and violent attack against our own people, on our own soil was an awful experience - the act itself - lending itself to a deep seeded fear in all of Americans.    It was so  hard to fathom something like this occurring so close to home.  And so many people dying as a result of those attacks.     

 And ever Since 9/11 - people have progressively grown more fearful - more self absorbed and more single focused in living with this fear.  Sort of a vicious cycle in the mind.   A vicious cycle in living.

 Add fear to the fact that during the passing of those 20 years - since September 11th 2001 - people, in general, have been indoctrinated.   Taught to be more social.    To join groups.      To be a team player and not a loner.   And that there is something wrong with them - if they voice an opinion.  Or stand up for something important.  As it turns out - we have been  robotized and zombified to the point of Artificial Intelligence.   And at some point in time  - we have become less human.

 Thanks to computers, cell phones, social media and so much more - h umans are more inner-connected to the rest of the world than at any other time in history.   They are  Absorbed.   Distracted.     Because there is an overwhelmingly strong need to belong  - people become lost if they don't belong or have lots of friends through networking - ultimately, we humans have  become super fearful about  being alone and unwanted.    Should we be?   

And that fear - fear of not being accepted or fear of being persecuted for being different - has caused people to sort of float along with others - never saying what they really feel and sadly, becoming unknowingly open to  unwelcome changes in their lives and mind.    And that is because of the driving force of fear.   

 Fear, as it turns out - is a dual edged sword - on one side of it -  a person is vulnerable to bullying attacks of others and of gang stalking.   Along these  same lines -  and on the other side of the blade - fear causes that person to lose sight about what life is about or who they truly are.   It is fear that controls and fear that  gang stalkers depend on when selecting you as a target. 

  They are looking for a fearful human to attack.    And this is, how I believe, mind  control begins.   And how mind control is already prevalent in so many today.     We are afraid of everything.

So, looking back -  It was easy to influence people - because people are afraid and  because technology was there to lend an assist.  

The other thing about fear - it overrides and clouds the human mind.    If someone is fearful, they are having trouble getting their minds off of themselves.   And so They are too self absorbed and will  not notice if someone is in trouble.  Or that something is amiss.   Or that there is a danger.   Like with gang stalking.   It is so obvious - how could anyone possibly miss it?    Amazingly, Technology has opened our bitty little brains but closed off our minds.

Another thing that occurred  after 9/11 - was that the power to control and enforce the law shifted - we were made to believe we needed this and the power to control what people did - was  portioned out to the general public.    This level of security consciousness - eventually  turned one person against another - and led to public shaming and ridicule.   All people became suspect.   All humans were a problem.   And our beloved -  Cell phones - were always in our hand to  provide proof of the crime and the criminal behavior -even though there was no crime committed.   This was just the beginning of manipulation of human minds by those in charge  and the unfortunate turning of humans against each other.

This Power to control.   Well, it was handed off and given to the security sector of our nation.     And the security sector of our nation is a multi billion dollar business now.   

Security - don't forget that word - it became the major concern for the country.      And it has been nothing else since 9/11.   It is why we are targets and are being gang stalked.

It all began with the advent or beginning of Homeland Security on the Federal Level...which was designed to keep the country safe from the bad out there and from Terrorism. 

From that federal level - and from that point forward  - the power to control and discipline  filtered down to many upstart security services, agencies and companies who wanted in on the billion dollar enterprise and just because they wanted to have a piece of the action in the control arena.   And  - the government gave its blessing on allowing the bullying of the law abiding citizen.   And no one has asked why?  

At this time - it is important to note that fear - again, fear in all man - is the driving force behind the need for security....because we are all afraid of what others might do to us at any given time.

Today, those in charge - want you to believe they have your best interest at heart and  have sadly twisted the truth in the minds of the masses who are fearful and anxious and take it all in.     Those in control - help lead you to think - that without these trumped up security measures and control - our nation would fall apart.   We would be at the mercy of the world.   While some of this is true - a lot is not.   Still, this is how those in charge  are able to control though...through human fear.   

As a recap - let me refresh you about DHS or The Department of Homeland Security (DHS).   The DHS and its many partners across the federal government, public and private sectors, and communities across the country and around the world have worked since 9/11 to build a new homeland security enterprise to better mitigate and defend against dynamic threats, minimize risks, and maximize the ability to respond and recover from attacks and disasters of all kinds.   This pretty much says it all about why gang stalking is taking place.

Targets - who become the focus of campaigns or gang stalking - are considered A dynamic risk.    Or they really aren't but the organizations need to label them thus to justify the gang stalking course of action.     

A dynamic risk assessment is the process of continually observing and analyzing risks and hazards in a changing, or high-risk, environment.  Targets are considered high risk.   Even though they are not.   This analyzing, observing is a big part of gang stalking - and it allows workers to quickly identify new risks and remove them. Formal risk assessments are prepared in advance, recorded and monitored on a regular basis.   This thinking is how a security company or campaign can justify what they are doing to a person through gang stalking.

And as it turns out - this -  is absolute power and absolute power corrupts....

So, let's stop and take a look at the changes after 9/11 to possibly make us targets.  

There is no doubt in my mind that Today's war or battlefield is not overseas or against a foreign enemy - at least not for the most part...the war now is being fought against law abiding Citizens.   On our own land.   In our own homes.    You and me.    The targets, in this case would be - the ex-felon, the person with a background - for a misdemeanor even, the mentally ill, People who are homeless - fall into this category, and People who have sought out psychiatrists and psychologists and received medication to help them cope.   

If you were to look at the collective group of targeted individuals - you would see a pattern of selection and attacks that seem to be connected in theme.   

Still, there are other targets - Targets might be former government workers, scientists, doctors -  - people who have been advocates or stood up for a cause or are extremely outspoken.    Today - there appears to be no place in the world - for differences - for failures- for opinions - and for people who are intelligent - and who take a stand or who go against the whole of the group.

And the people doing battle with  the targeted individuals - that's right - they are our leaders - our neighbors - the delivery  man - the neighborhood policeman - the electrician - the lawn care guy, the people who sit beside us in church and more  -  And The central hub of these people - the place where it materializes and comes to fruition -  the neighborhood watch group.  

I believe that  Gang stalking is just one avenue to rid those of us who don't quite fit in - Unacceptable people - people who are deemed scum - at least to the neighborhood campaigns and their sponsors.    There are more who get added to the unworthy list - it is pretty much anyone who does not go along or who doesn't fit.     Gang stalkers don't care about opinions - they are the only ones that matter.  They don't care about someone suffering.   They do not love.     And they are in a world of their own.     Gang stalkers want to shut people up.   And to suppress humans into submissiveness.   

Keeping with this frame of thinking - I believe - that because of the changes that have ensued over the last 20 years - there are  leaks of private and personal information about U.S. citizens from a data bank - law enforcement being a big one.     This would include arrest records, convictions, and your background.     I think that millions and millions of records have possibly been leaked or have been obtained for gang stalking.    In my opinion - our personal information says so much about who we are.    Both bad and good.

Now whether or not the gang stalking campaign went through a data bank themselves and uncovered information about people or  whether someone leaked the information to the campaign from these agencies - that is the question.

The one other area where I believe information is being leaked or has been leaked -  is the medical or mental health field - medical charts and information stemming from those charts with everything about you are possibly being used by these groups in an effort to gang stalk the public.   Just a larger data pool to pull from.  Again, did someone go into the data bank and get the information or was the information leaked out to the group?  

So, why would a group want information about someone who does not have such a great past or someone who has stumbled a bit in life?  Or someone who is somewhat unstable.   

 My belief is that gangstalkers feel that a person who has been in trouble or who is homeless or who is mentally ill -  is of little value or correction,  no value to society and to others and so - they would not be noticed if something unfortunate happened to them.   Stalkers target people who live alone  - and don't have much of a family.     There are other reasons - but for the sake of this article - we will say that a large portion of the targets fall into the parameters I have shared.

How I made a connection:

I have heard from many of you in the recent months through emails and after writing back and forth a few times - I began to see a correlation and connection of events in the lives of targeted subjects.    I want all of you to think back - and you will probably realize there was something that occurred and maybe you forgot about it.  Something that made you cross the line.   Or someone you had an altercation with.   Maybe someone who was jealous of your achievements.     

  Most of the people I have written to have been treated for depression and anxiety and sought counselling.   Some are ex-felons and have done their time.    Some had misdemeanors and the cases were dismissed.       Some were and are homeless.   The homeless have the worst attacks because they are not covered by shelter.   

With some of the mentally ill I interviewed in the last several years- I found out they all heard voices - and here is the connection between them all  - they all carried cell phones and have since the 90s.   That is when the voices began.   I am not a person who believes that so many people hear voices in their own head and to me it fed my suspicions that something was up.

  I absolutely don't believe in coincidence - to me it is one thing or another and there is no drift to it or chance - so -  then it came to me about the reason for why some are possibly being targeted.

Overall,  the gang stalking campaign and world does not want criminals around because of their background.    Some of these people with records-  who have done time-  have dealt drugs,  robbed a store or stole a car.   Some were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.    Some are simple misdemeanors but a record nonetheless.  

 Sometimes the campaign or group of stalkers just feel threatened by someone - maybe by intelligence or creativity.     Psychotic and sociopathic humans who want to hunt and hurt someone for game or for money - they do not have any qualms about getting rid of anyone who is considered an obstacle.   Intelligence being one of the obstacles.   I believe that gang stalkers do not want intelligent people around for fear of being found out or being looked down on. Their egos are huge.

 If the gang stalkers have their way - they would and will rid the world of all who can - and leave a world of those who can't or don't. And won't. By this, I mean - make a difference.     

Nevertheless -  It is the being different and the differences that don't bode well with Hitler, Klan thinking humans who want a superior group of humans around who travel in the same circles.      Their goal is to clean up the world.  This is the reason for it all.   That and destroying a person's mind  and life on the way.    

By the way - there is absolutely no difference in the way targets are being attacked.  Most is by heavy surveillance, stalking and following of the individual on foot and in a car and ultimately - by electronic devices to hurt and kill.   As it turns out - In a world where forgiveness is missing from the minds and hearts of humans - there is a condition call narcissism and a strong lack of concern for others .   This is sin.    And this is truly - gang stalking.    

This leads me to my next point - Let's take a look at - the mid to late 2000's.  

 As it turns out - the FBI did a report that showed that 65,000,000 Americans were arrested after 9/11. Between the years of 2001 and 2008. The report  did not give the reason for any of these arrests - just the fact there were arrests.    This was during the period of time after power shifted and it was at this time that permission was given to law enforcement and other security companies to be more forceful with the law.    Possibly making the arrests to fill a quota.

The FBI report also stated that the number of people in this category of arrests - was 1 out of 4 adults in the U.S.     78% of these arrests were or are white or of Caucasian descent. And of those, 1 out of 4 people - they were having trouble getting jobs.    It appears this fact alone would be the start to ruining a person's life.   So, in essence - gang stalking probably  began , to some degree, at the time of arrest. 

It seems our world sets a person up to fail - instead of helping that person get back on his feet.

 Anyway, The fact that 78% were white leads me to believe there is a connection about picking future targets. And there was no coincidence in why Caucasians were chosen or why the high number of arrests in this group.   Don't get me wrong - there are other races being targeted but from what I am seeing, targets are predominately white.

You probably wonder where I am going with all of this -   well, I believe that the reason for all of the arrests was to gather up as many test subjects for the future of gang stalking as possible.   There was probably a need for a certain number of whites to show that Blacks or African Americans were not being prejudiced or singled out.   Again, this is my opinion...not fact.  

  I believe the names of people - who were arrested during this time -  were all added to a data bank where targets unknowingly waited in line to be next.    To be stalked.   Maybe my theory is true for some of the cases and maybe it is not. .. but it makes sense.   Do you honestly think anyone would volunteer willingly for electronic torture?     Test  subjects have to come from somewhere.

By the way - mind control has been around - the idea anyway - since the beginning of he 1900s and longer and during WWII where the Japanese and Germans used mind control in concentration camps.    The CIA's  mind control project, MK-ULTRA, was essentially a continuation of work that began in Japanese and Nazi concentration camps.   

So, ask yourself this question - why wouldn't the studies for mind control - still be going on today?
